Physical Books

Book purchases are non-refundable. However, if a physical book arrives defective to the point it prevents you from reading the book in its entirety, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may request photographs of the defectiveness before issuing a replacement or refund.

Refunds may be issued to the original payment method.

Ebooks and Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, ebook purchases are generally non-refundable once the download has been delivered.

If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will work to resolve the problem.
